Confidential Client Call Center
Our client—an American telecommunications company—brought HITT on as their general contractor to complete a newly improved, state-of-the-art call center in the second largest city in Utah. This newly renovated call center operates on a 24-hour basis and hosts over 800 individuals weekly. HITT completed a full gut and interior build-out of a build-out of a completely occupied two-story building.
The 120,000-sf call center features a new high-end cafeteria, fitness center, multi-purpose room, multiple large training rooms, large- and medium-sized conference rooms, and private offices with demountable glass partitions and iPads for room reservations. Our team participated in design-build aspects, including design and installation of audiovisual and cabling requirements. This input was able to help the client efficiently meet their operational goals while minimizing design changes.
