To help prepare for the future of our full and part-time employees, HITT sponsors a 401(k) plan as part of its benefits package. All employees, age 21 and older, are eligible for the 401k plan after one month of continuous service.  

Work/Life Balance

All full-time employees receive annual sick and vacation leave. After five (5) years of continuous service, employees receive an additional week of vacation leave. All full-time, salaried employees receive the following paid holidays each year:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • The day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day*

*In years when Christmas Day falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, Christmas Eve will be recognized as a holiday.  When a holiday falls on Saturday, it will be observed the preceding Friday.  If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed the following Monday.
