HITT Celebrates 55 Promotions Nationwide

We’re pleased to announce the promotion of 55 of our team members from offices nationwide. As we celebrate our past and present during this anniversary year, we also celebrate our future. This group joins the countless number of team members who have risen through our ranks in these last 80 years. We’re proud to say that their perseverance and hard work makes them our next generation of leaders.

Peter Bizic has been with HITT since 2007, and has a career that spans 30 years in the industry. A leader in our Healthcare sector, Peter is passionate about the work his team does, knowing the facilities they build help improve patient outcomes. Pete leads by example, always willing to roll up his sleeves and immerse himself in projects. Jim brought nearly 40 years of industry experience with him when he joined HITT in 2014. He finds satisfaction in the process of building and strives to ensure his team in the Base Building sector has everything they need to succeed—including strong communication between everyone on the project team.   Since joining the HITT team in 2002, Dave has continued to grow and excel in each role he has held. As a key part of our Hospitality sector, he specializes in both heavy renovation and new construction for leading hotel brands. Dave is driven to deliver the best for his Clients, and leads projects and teams with the same determination. Phillip Crook has made a strong impact in our site operations team since starting as a superintendent with HITT in 2006. He is a critical part of keeping team members safe, ensuring schedules are met, and ultimately delivering a quality finished product alongside the design teams and subcontractors on site. Since starting at HITT in 1999, Rio Maldonado has vital been to the success of our site operations teams for multiple sectors. A strong collaborator, Rio values the relationships he builds with Clients, design teams, and subcontractors. He strives to do the best he can, and seeks to empower team members to do the same.
